It varies depending on the size of your event. We present budgets based off the information you have provided us and give you different options. The more information and details you give us, the better we can provide an estimate. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract upon booking to ensure we are all on the same page.

Yes. We typically steer clear of large events, such as weddings or large corporate events. FIRST PLANET EVENTS specializes in intimate events- like birthdays, dinner parties, picnics, baby showers, bridal showers, holiday gatherings, etc. Typically the maximum amount of guests we can plan for is 60-70 people. The minimum is one ;)
We ask customers to please give us at least 4 weeks to plan an event, but we do offer rush services for an extra fee and are able to plan an event in less than 5 days. Please note, this does not guarantee the date of your event will be available for us to plan with such short notice.
We offer our in-person services in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Bernardino County (Southern California). We also offer virtual and online services, so you can be located anywhere and we can help with that as well.
